Last night, (Nov 3rd), several topics where covered concerning the immediate future of 399. The discussion/motions made could only be heard and debated by being present at the meeting.

These topics are in no particular order,

1) 4 new members were sworn in

2) South Carolina Sheet Metal work across the state is growing and journeymen are in need.

3) Member requested shirts/hats/stickers are in, contact C. Hall, C. Brainard or Heather for details.

4) Update on apprenticeship advancement.

5) Changing of our bylaws have been accepted (with small changes) by the international.

6) A reminder that normal function of facilities (bathrooms/kitchen/break room) are not cleaned by a service, but are completed by an above and beyond effort from staff members who don’t always get the recognition deserved.

We ALL benefit from your participation when attending any meeting, we can NOT grow and progress into the future without your input and time donated to the hall. The next opportunity for you to help is December 3rd, 8:00pm at the Colombia Training Center. Will you help or continue to ignore your brothers and sisters?
